Policies
Membership:
Membership to the DiamondExchange runs for 12 months from the time of enrollment. The cost for a one-year membership is $65,000 or $100,000 for a two-year membership to be paid in $50,000 increments. Two membership owners are selected from the member company to determine who will participate in the events.
Resort Accommodations for DiamondExchange Members:
Members are permitted to send two senior executives to resort based events. Room reservations and associated resort fees for DiamondExchange members will be handled by Diamond for three (3) nights.
Resort Accommodations for Non-DiamondExchange Members:
Non-DiamondExchange members will reserve a room through Diamond and will be responsible for all room, tax, and resort fees. All sponsored activities and meals will be provided by Diamond.
One-Day Explorations for DiamondExchange
Members and Non-Members:
Member companies are permitted to send five senior executives to the one-day sessions held in various cities. Lodging and ground transportation for these events are the attendee's responsibility.
Airfare and Ground Transportation:
Both DiamondExchange members and non-DiamondExchange members are responsible for reserving their own airfare, ground transportation, and all associated transportation and logistics for all DiamondExchange events.
