Dr. John J. Sviokla is vice chairman of Diamond and serves on the firm's Board of Directors as global managing director of innovation and research. For the past twenty years, Dr. Sviokla has been pursuing one simple question: How can executives create value with technology? He is a frequent speaker at executive forums and guest professor at institutions including Harvard, MIT, the London Business School, and Oxford.
Caroline Calkins
Director of Research, Diamond
Caroline Calkins directs research, analysis, and content development in support of
innovation programs at Diamond. Prior to joining Diamond, Caroline spent 10 years as a management consultant focusing primarily on business strategy. She also worked for a dot-com start-up and as an independent consultant. She holds a
bachelor's in English from Cornell University, an MBA from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Maitrise en Administration et en Gestion from the Universite Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium.
